The Laboratory Creative Studio is a 1700 sq ft studio with natural lighting pouring in from our large east-facing window.
Our lifestyle corner is versatile, and we keep things fresh by adding new furniture, props, and plants.
Pull down seamlesses available in variety of colors in 9ft and 4ft. We set out our lights, c stands, sandbags, and apple boxes available for use! Let us know your seamless and light needs prior to your session so we can have them ready before your shoot.
Studio kitchenette stocked with complimentary water, snacks, beverages and access to our microwave and fridge.

Host rules
-No Skateboarding, rollerskating or bike riding is not permitted
-No hazardous, illegal, or negligent practices, activities, or substances
-No pets allowed, only service animals with certification and notification to "Company"
-Keep sound at reasonable level ("Renter" assumes legal and financial responsibility for noise violations during their rental)
-No smoking in the building
-May not use or store gasoline, cleansing solvent or other combustibles on the premises
-Responsible for the conduct and the clean up of their guests and invitees
-The premises shall be kept in clean condition, free from any objectionable odors

The Laboratory Creative Studio is a 1700 sq. ft urban downtown loft with natural lighting pouring in from our large east-facing window, and equipped with professional studio gear from seamless backdrops to high-end lighting.
Our studio has a restroom, changing room, and kitchenette, and Wi-Fi available on site. We also have C stands, sandbags, apple boxes, wardrobe steamer, and complimentary snacks and beverages available to our clients.
