About this space

At 900 square feet, the Tesla Boardroom comfortably seats up to 46 guests and is designed with functionality in mind. The room features two dual-mounted 85" displays at the front, a BTZ camera, wireless microphones, in-room speakers, and a control panel for easy setup. You can connect devices wirelessly or use HDMI/USB to share content directly on the screens. A rolling whiteboard, tables, and chairs are included, with optional directional signage available.

Food and drink are welcome. On-site options like Bruegger’s Bagels and Coffee N Talk offer quick meals, or you’re free to arrange your own catering. Paid parking is available onsite, with validations offered in advance ($15 per vehicle). Standard rates are $12/hour or $35 for the day.

It features two dynamic boardrooms that can be combined to adapt to your needs, whether you're hosting a strategy session or a large-scale seminar, and it comes with four 86" displays with wireless casting & HDMI connectivity, a 184" projector screen (Edison-only or combined Edison/Tesla use), BYOD videoconferencing with PTZ camera, ceiling speakers & wall control panels, wireless microphones, whiteboards, tables, chairs, and a custom directional signage for a personalized guest experience.
