Host rules

ACCESS
Your access to the space begins and ends at the time selected on your booking. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation.

CLEANING / DAMAGES
The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time into your booking hours. Guests must remove the trash and dispose of it in the provided dumpsters on site.

Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file. No items are to be put on the mural wall at all.

FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. We will gladly set up the space as you would like it before your arrival.

MISCELLANEOUS
No smoking allowed
No glitter or confetti
No open flame or frying allowed on site

Windows can not be opened as they are really old, single pane and break easily. The space is climate controlled by an A/C-Heat unit and you can adjust it as needed.

Space comes with access to two private bathrooms.

About Hardihood Cowork - North Park, San Diego

Located in North Park, San Diego, Hardihood Cowork is a boutique coworking space filled with creatives, hustlers, movers, and shakers. We offer two spaces for hourly rentals to the general public.

We provide a low-key, stress-free rental experience and have hosted dozens of off-site team meetings, product pitches, therapy sessions, birthday parties for the young and mature, wedding dinners, baby showers, and many other special occasion events. Our space is fully furnished and you can move things around to make it unique to your event.

Please note we are located on the second floor of a two-story building. There is NO elevator. Attendees must walk up a straight flight of steps to get to the space.

Parking is located in the surrounding neighborhood. It is free, non-metered, and typically not an issue within 1-2 blocks of the location.
