About this space
Our main hall offers 5,000 sqft of customizable space. This area can welcome up to 300 guests. It's a blank canvas. Host weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, graduations, family gatherings, corporate events, and much more! The Main Hall also includes a bar area and access to a refrigerator and microwave.
We provide round and rectangular tables, 300 chairs, and optional linens and table runners. This hall also includes a private bridal suite. Host half or full-day events with us! Package options are flexible and add-ons can also be provided.

Booking Requirements
To reserve a date, a refundable security deposit, 50% of the total invoice, and a signed rental agreement are required.
* The deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation.
Event Hours
Events must end by 12 AM.
* Extensions available until 2 AM
Décor Rules
* No staples, tape, glue guns, nails, confetti, glitter, or color powder
* Balloons allowed; guests must remove them post-event
* Extra cleaning or damage fees may apply
Vendors & Catering
* Outside vendors allowed with a license and insurance
* Outside food, drinks, décor, and equipment permitted
Alcohol Policy
* A TABC-certified bartender is required for alcohol service

About Platinum Event Center
Platinum Event Center offers customizable event spaces in Round Rock, just 2.2 miles from I-35. Our venue includes two halls. The main hall fits up to 300 guests, and the smaller one, 150. Both are fully customizable with Wi-Fi. We also provide a separate food prep area.
Guests can bring their own food and drinks. Events can run as late as 2 AM. We offer four affordable packages with minimal add-ons and a dedicated caterer entrance for smooth logistics. On-site parking is available.
