Venue-Only Package
Host your event in style with our elegant, fully equipped Brooklyn venue—perfect for gatherings of up to 90 guests. This package includes an 8-hour rental (2 hours for setup, 6 hours for your event, and 1 hour for cleanup) and offers flexible seating for up to 60 guests with your choice of round or rectangular tables and clear Chiavari chairs.
Enjoy upscale amenities including uplighting, Bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi, a dedicated serving area with bar, chafing dishes, central air conditioning, and ADA-accessible restrooms. In-house décor options are also available to personalize your celebration.

Fire Crackers/Explosives in the Facility or within a one block radius of the Facility is absolutely prohibited.
The use of any type of Graffiti, confetti, glitter, silly strings, staples, nails, or screws, is strictly prohibited.
Balloons must be deflated and bagged after event.
Wall and/or ceiling decorations are strictly prohibited
No sale of alcohol or food is allowed
No Smoking, cooking, or open flames
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
