Welcome to a premier ground-floor loft in the iconic Lower East Side of Manhattan! This spacious 2,000-square-foot venue accommodates up to 100 guests and features soaring 11-foot ceiling, premium AV equipment, designer furnishings and more. A street level entrance leads to a renovated loft with white floating walls, oak hardwood flooring, industrial grade HVAC and a kitchen. Double doors provide effortless access and load-in. We offer premium amenities without any charge: a Saarinen table, chairs by Arne Jacobsen, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner, benches by Giulio Lazzotti, stools by Philippe Stark, folding chairs and tables, Bose L1 and Bang & Olufsen speakers, Epson and XGIMI projectors. Three movable walls offer a unique opportunity to reconfigure the space for your project.
Our venue has earned the trust of leading brands, Microsoft, NASA, Disney, Sony Music, Vans, Vogue, and American Express among many other companies. The loft offers the sophistication of a luxury venue with an affordable rate of $400/hr. Event time includes deliveries, setup, breakdown, cleaning and the removal. For multiple days, a daily rate of 4K for up to 10 hours of access. Outside catering is allowed. All events conclude by 11 PM.
Space LES is located in the Lower East Side synonymous with NY's creative spirit.
