About this space

Welcome to a distinctive Manhattan loft in the Lower East Side. This renovated 2,000 sq ft space features 11-foot ceilings, oak hardwood floors, a kitchen, HVAC, AV setup, and modern furnishings. Movable walls and adjustable lighting make it easy to adapt the space for art shows, cocktail gatherings, pop-ups, film shoots, or fashion projects.

The loft has been used for a wide range of productions and events, including Blue Bloods, The Irishman, and And Just Like That, along with projects for brands like Microsoft, Pixar, NASA, Sony Music, Atlantic Records, Unilever, Vans, Project Runway, and American Express.

Guests enter through a glass façade with original 100-year-old patinated pilasters. A street-level double-door entrance opens into a large, well-designed loft. Original features include restored tin ceiling tiles, sections of exposed brick, floating walls, and a collection of museum-quality artwork and photography.

The space is furnished with a Saarinen table, Arne Jacobsen chairs, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner, benches by Giulio Lazzotti, and stools by Philippe Starck. It also comes equipped with a 24-speaker Bose sound system, Bang & Olufsen speakers, wireless microphones, Epson and XGIMI projectors, and laser/LED lighting. There are also 60 folding chairs and 22 folding tables available at no extra cost.

Our best rate is $395/hr. Hours include deliveries, set-up, break-down, clean-up, removal. There are no additional charges. Rates for extended events are based on a daily rate of $3,950. for up to 10 hours daily. To ensure a success of your event, we follow NYC legal regulations: no smoking, no loud music or loitering. Outside catering is OK. All events must end by 11 PM. Comfortable capacity is 100 guests simultaneously .

To comply with NYC regulations, smoking, loud music, and loitering are not permitted. Our team will be available to assist and help your event run comfortably from start to finish.
