About this space
Our newly renovated studio, situated in the heart of the Garment District at 38th Street and 8th Avenue, boasts abundant natural light and breathtaking views of NYC. It's perfect for seminars, workshops, meetings, presentations, networking events, photo and video productions, and even showrooms.
Since this platform doesn't display our tier pricing range please note that the pricing depends on the type of event and the number of people we have to set up for. The following is the tier pricing:
Pricing: Set up and cleaning fee $99, 3-hour minimum
Up to 25 People: $200/hr.
26 -50 People: $250/hr.
51-75 People: $300/hr.
76-100 People: $350/hr.
101-125 People: $400/hr.
126 -150 People: $450/hr.
151-175 People: $500/hr.
The space includes over 150 comfortable chairs, couches, and seating areas, accommodating up to 150 guests. We also provide 20 professional 5' and 5 6' tables and several conference room tables.
Party Rate:
This studio is also available for parties for up to 150 people and the party rate is $500/hr and a $195 cleaning fee applies. Also for any event time after 10:00PM, a doorman fee of 50/hr applies. Please not that the building rule is that if there is any event including alcohol the renter and most of their guest must be at least 25 years old.

51-75 People: $300/hr.
76-100 People: $350/hr.
101-125 People :$400/hr.
126 -150 People: $450/hr.
151-175 People :$500/hr.
176 -200 People: $550/hr.
Party Rate: $500/hr. for up to max. 125 guests, cleaning rate for parties is $295
Doorman service mandatory for any event time after 10:00PM, $50/hr.

Host rules
- No smoking in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- For party type events renter and guests must be at least 25 years old
- At events during the week, renter must pay a security guard fee of $50/hr for any rental time after 11:00PM
- At events on Saturdays and Sundays renter must pay a security guard fee of $50/hr for any time after 10:00PM
