• Venue Fee: $12,000
• Staff & Basic AV: $3,000 (venue manager, projection tech, restroom attendant, security, cleaning; 6-hour staffing)
• Included: Projection, sound, LED lighting system, two wireless mics
• Additional: NY state tax + 12% admin fee
• Beverage packages available upon request
