Package per person
The price will vary based on the inquiry - catering type, amount of servants, bartenders, whether decor will be necessary and type of decor. We are able to provide this quote once have details from the client describing their needs and preferences.
Prices
From $230 to $359 per hour.
230$ on Weekdays Mon-Thu until 6pm
300$ Mon - Thu 6pm 1am
359$ on Weekends Fri - Sun
Additional late night charge (1 am - 3am) 100$/hour + regular hourly fee.
Min: 4 hours
Servant - 35$ /hour (for each servant)
Bartender - 120$ hour
DJ - 200-250$/hour
Photographer - 250$/hour
Live music - 400$/hour (min 3 hours)

Allowed events
Host rules
- No smoking in the building or any premises
- No drugs allowed
- No guest pets are allowed
- No sticky glitter, fireworks or things that can damage the property
- No inappropriate behavior.
The venue doesn't serve, sell nor provide alcohol. Alcohol consumption is up to guest 's discretion and must be maintained at moderate levels and venue cannot be held liable for that matter. All guests must show respectful behavior in the venue and venue keeps the right to expel guests expressing inappropriate behavior or violating venue rules. Guests must be aware that there will a security person and/or venue rep present during booked events to ensure venue's and guest's safety.
