Studio rental includes:
basic grip gear such as C-Stands, Boom arms, A-clamps, posing cubes, and stools.
In the event, if you need to rent items such as a Camera, Lighting, steamer, and Capture station we may have them for rent. If you need something and don't see it just ask.

Host rules
Booking time includes load-in and load-out. Please be respectful of other people's time. This space is usually very busy and many times is booked back to back. Please make sure to pay attention to your time and leave enough time for break down and clean up.
NO GLITTER.
NO LOUD MUSIC M-F 9am -7pm. Be respectful of other tenants in the building or you will be asked to leave without a refund.
Studio/building doors must be kept closed at all times and locked behind you when finished.
No open flame and/or toxic materials.
No smoking inside the studio or hallways.
Trash is placed in the bins and the host will take care of the rest.
Please leave the space in the same condition you found it.
No Pets are allowed in the building or space.
No moving furniture and decorations.
No smoke machines are allowed.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed.

Clean White Studio 900sft total space with 16 ft Cyclorama. Perfect for photoshoots, and small gatherings. The Topps Building is a mixed-use building with artist studios and mixed commercial tenants.
About the venue:
