Loft in Flatiron occupies an entire floor in the heart of the Flatiron District. We can accommodate up to 120 guests, with a minimum capacity of 40 guests to host an event. You may choose a 4-hour or 5-hour rental, and we can hold events until 2am.

Included mixers are seltzer, tonic, orange juice, lemonade, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup, Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, ginger beer, sour mix, and Red Bull. Included garnishes are lemons and limes.
An event manager, bartender, bar-back and lobby host are included in the total. Tax and gratuity are also included in the total. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleaning after.
We also allow vendors such as caterers, decorators, DJs and up to 4 members of your party, to come in 60 minutes before the event start time for setup at no additional cost.
We allow up to 120 guests. Guests under the age of 21 to 10 years of age, are allowed with parental supervision.
Our Loft in Flatiron venue offers high speed Wi-Fi, 75” Samsung Frame TV, state of the art speaker system with a DJ setup, custom color changing up-lights, a pool table, two newly renovated bathrooms, a full bar, and a list of other amenities at no additional cost.
We can refer our preferred caterer to you who offers many different options and can work within your budget. You may also bring in your own food and catering if you prefer at no additional cost. We can also refer our preferred DJ, photographer, photo-booth company and local parking garage.
We are available on Tuesdays from 6pm to 8pm for in-person tours or from 8pm to 9pm EST for FaceTime tours.
