Design: The building presents smooth white-stucco façades, arched windows and steep gabled rooflines that emphasise tall vertical proportions. The interior reads as layered volumes punctuated by large windows that admit abundant daylight.
Features: The venue provides Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and permission to play own music, allowing DJs or curated playlists. The house contains multiple distinct reception rooms and a flexible layout that supports separate dining, lounge and presentation areas.
Ideal for: Smaller private groups seeking a polished, social setting that accommodates a mix of seated dining and standing reception across separate interior areas.
What sets it apart: A sequence of private outdoor terraces and a tiered garden spread across the property's levels, creating several separated outdoor areas.

PERMIT is required for shoots of 10 people and over or any crew with big equipment.
Production insurance is required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved.
Wall decorations can't be removed.
No smoke machines are allowed.
Nudity is allowed.
$150 CLEANING FEE ADDED FOR EACH BOOKING. Need to be paid when arriving at the venue.
All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time.

A damage security deposit of $500 (Venmo, Cashapp or cash) will be asked at the beginning of the booking after the walk through and returned on the same day at the end of the booking.
For shoots of 10 people and over a certificate of insurance is mandatory
For shoots of 7 people and over, a location manager fee will be added for the entire shoot: $25/h.
Protective pads, tennis balls or blankets are required to use C-stand or tripod (to protect the brand new hardwood floor)
* NO SHOES, NO HEELS inside the house (brand new hardwood floor)
* No suitcases inside the house
* No leaning against walls (pink walls, white walls, wallpapers)
* Don't remove any mirrors, posters, painting or art from the walls
* No smoking inside. No alcohol. No pets
* No eating indoors unless it's part of the shoot
* Leave space as you found it.
Overtime is 1.5x hourly rate.
The use of the popcorn machine requires an additional $20 for cleaning.
