Welcome to the Hollywood Sing Chalet, a luxurious retreat nestled in the heart of Los Angeles. The upper level of this chalet features a spacious Master Suite with a king-size bed and an ensuite master bath, along with a queen-size bedroom that boasts an ensuite bathroom and a skylight shower, perfect for soaking in natural light.
On the lower level, you'll find a king-size bedroom with an office desk, outdoor shower, and patio views, alongside a queen-size bedroom and a shared bathroom. The loft space serves as a cozy TV/media area and can accommodate extra guests on a futon bed or the living room sofa, allowing for a total maximum occupancy of 12 guests (with an extra guest fee for additional sleepers). The A-frame living room offers an elegant space with a newly strung 7-foot grand piano, large scenic decks, patios, a full kitchen, and a jacuzzi spa.
For music lovers, the living room is equipped with a vintage audiophile system, featuring Altec A-7/500 “Voice of the Theater” speakers powered by a 500-watt Hafler D500 amp, a BBS Sound Maximizer signal processor, a Carver C-17 Preamp with Sonic Holography, and an ESI 150W Subwoofer. Please be mindful of the City of LA's Noise Ordinance—no loud music is allowed after 10 pm to maintain the tranquility of the neighborhood.
