Host rules
1. Damage done to the venue or equipment will result in an extra charge.
2. Notify the Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot.
3. All ages are allowed in the space
4. There are security cameras throughout the inside and outside of the property.
5. No pets
6. No alcohol
7. No food/drink
8. Guests may not:
- Congregate in the front of the mansion;
- Move any of the furniture without permission.
- Play Amplified Music Outside: There is built-in surround sound for you to use indoors and outdoors.
- Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
- Increase Number of Guests: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
