The property features over 5700sqft of interior space to shoot in so you won't ever run out of inspiration. The master bedroom features a private jacuzzi, music studio, recording booth, luxury his & hers bathroom as well as a wrap-around closet. There are also 4 different balconies where you can take in all of the amazing views that this luxury estate has to offer. Step onto our one-of-a-kind roof observation deck where you'll get 360 degree view of the Hollywood Hills and San Fernando Valley. The conversation pit is also a crowd favorite due to its unique, grand aesthetic. The lower level bonus room also features modern pastel furniture and amenities which will definitely help your content stand out.

Please note that some rules can be waived if you make a formal request with the host.
Notify the Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot.
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the mansion. Your booking INCLUDES SETUP and CLEANUP TIME and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.
NO EATING. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
NO SMOKING. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
NO DRINKING. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
NO ANIMALS/PETS. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
ROOF CAPACITY: There is a maximum of 3 guests on the roof at a time.
NO HEELED SHOES OR POINTED OBJECTS on the roof. You will be charged for the cost to repair any damage to the roof.
NO LOUD MUSIC on the roof.
DO NOT disturb neighbors. The booking will be cancelled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
Guests MAY NOT move any of the furniture. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
Nudity is not allowed anywhere outdoors.
Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.

It is the perfect place for your next creative production project, photo shoot, or movie production.
There is a possibility to purchase the "Mansion Access" add-on to gain access to the entire property for even more unique luxury amenities like access to the rooftop terrace, conversation pit, and lower-level lounge space.
