About this space
We offer incredible space for rental. The kitchen in the house has been recently updated and has beautiful finishes throughout. There is a separate dining room and an open living area with a pool table. The backyard has a large pool, a built-in hot tub, and many different seating areas. Additionally, there is a bathroom and spare bedroom that are offered in the rental. The spare bedroom is small but can work well as a talent-holding area.
Maximum capacity is up to 30 people. Please ask if the crew will exceed the limit.

This house is perfect for commercial photoshoots and video shoots. The standout feature is a large indoor/outdoor living area with accordion doors to connect the indoor living room with the outdoor living area.
The upstairs is not included with the rental. We provide an approximate location to help with your planning. We will provide the physical address once a scout or booking is planned.
