Beautiful brightly lit colorful event space with a gorgeous view of DTLA. We are located right in the heart of the Fashion District in Downtown Los Angeles. Our space is 1,600 sq ft and extremely roomy. Enjoy four distinctively themed rooms with seating throughout the entire space. When you walk in the door you will feel an amazing vibe of good energy. This space is expressive and will leave you and your guests with a memorable experience that is unmatched. Furniture can also be moved around to fit your personal needs.

With this event space there is great natural daylight. You will get gallery vibes with the setup in this space. With all the seating included your guests will be able to lounge throughout and have plenty of space to dance, eat, mingle, etc.

Host rules

• No loitering outside of rental space
• No animals
• No standing on chairs, tables or any furniture
• No candles
• No use of fire
• No confetti or glitter
• Children MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times
• All crews should wrap up their session with enough time to clean and vacate their equipment by their designated end-time
• Be respectful to neighbors
• Please respect the space and leave it how you found it. Renters are responsible for any and all damages
• Front (wooden) door must remain closed at all times
• Renter is responsible for all person(s) that will be present during this rental term
• No smoke machines
• Food and beverages are not allowed on vanity table or coffee table
• Renter agrees to leave the studio in the condition it was found or a $100 cleaning fee will be assessed and invoiced
• Bathroom keys MUST be put back in same designated location after you or your guest's use
• Please be cautious of windows; that you and your guest's do not hang out, lean on or sit on the window seal
• Renter agrees to pay for any repairs or replacement costs of equipment or furniture that renter or their guest's damage
• DO NOT hang items from, tape or cover the fire pipes or sprinklers
• 3rd party event liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 is required for all events
• One (1) initial scouting visit may be arranged prior to booking. Additional scouting visits may be arranged for $25
Tech scout visits are $35
• Drilling holes into the walls, ceiling and doors is prohibited
• Nothing is allowed to be placed on any walls of the studio that have wallpaper
• Rooftop access is prohibited
• THERE IS ONLY A 10 MIN GRACE PERIOD once your booking is complete
• It is the renter’s responsibility to be in compliance with all the applicable city and state permits
• Security ($35 per hour) will be required on a case-by-case basis and mainly for large parties that include alcohol
• No smoking
• No adult filming

FAQ

Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
