• No smoking/ drug use of any kind is allowed in the studio.
• All rentals include load-in, setup, and cleanup time.
Make sure you have booked enough time to load in and load out.
Any overtime will be charged.
• Damage will result in extra fees.
• We are not liable for any injuries which may occur during your rental.
• No paint or materials that stain
• No moving furniture and decorations
• No smoke machines are allowed
• Nudity is allowed
• Security video cameras both inside and outside the studio recording 24/7.
