Our 3,600 sqft. bare westside rooftop has the most perfect distant view of DTLA. This rooftop provides an authentic Downtown LA aesthetic. Choose between our vintage cement structures, raw red brick, or our wide view of Downtown.

We are available for Filming and Photography!

Cannabis and alcohol are allowed with fees and restrictions (inquire further).
Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in extra charge.
If you rent a roof, insurance is required.
No events on the roofs.

About Urban Loft

"The Urban Loft", is a beautiful, open concept, 2,500 square foot studio located in Downtown LA. Large windows allow for natural light to illuminate the space, perfectly complementing its neutral color tones.

Standard Hours of Operation: 8am-8pm
After Hour Rate, Holiday and Same Day Requests
+$25 /hr Holidays, after hours & same day requests. + 2 hour min.

Standard Fee $130/hr
Event Fee: $200/hr

Additional Fees:
- Backdrops - $20 (each stepped on)
- Additional Scout time - 50 % off (must be flexible with bookings)
- Prop Moving - $25 -$100
- 2+ Location Moving Fee - $50
- Overnight fee - $250
- Projector - $30
- Site Rep. $20 /hr

Cleaning Fees:
(Covers foot traffic and little damages from prop & studio usage)

5 - 8 People - $100
9 - 12 People - $150
13 - 19 People - $200
20 - 30 People- $300
31 - 40 People- $200
41 - 60 People- $500

** Use of glitter/ feathers / confetti / on site construction / excessive flowers and hair styling. -- $50 if cleaned, $100 minimum if not cleaned.
