2. Property Protection & Damage
- No pins, nails, staples, or adhesives on walls, doors, tables, or chairs unless approved.
- Damage to hotel property (fixtures, furniture, walls, AV equipment, decks) will incur extra charges.
3. Catering & Vendors
- Outside catering must be pre-approved; menus and equipment lists due 14 days prior.
- Hosts/caterers must return spaces to the same condition as received; failure may incur additional charges.
- AV, lighting, and sound equipment must be rented/arranged through the hotel unless authorized.
