1. Smoking & Fire Safety
- No smoking indoors (meeting rooms, ballrooms, lounges). Only in designated outdoor areas.
- Keep fire exits and pathways clear at all times; furniture, décor, or equipment cannot block exits.
2. Property Protection & Damage
- No pins, nails, staples, or adhesives on walls, doors, tables, or chairs unless approved.
- Damage to hotel property (fixtures, furniture, walls, AV equipment, decks) will incur extra charges.
3. Catering & Vendors
- Outside catering must be pre-approved; menus and equipment lists due 14 days prior.
- Hosts/caterers must return spaces to the same condition as received; failure may incur additional charges.
- AV, lighting, and sound equipment must be rented/arranged through the hotel unless authorized.
4. Alcohol & Beverage Policies
- No outside alcohol; beverages must be provided through hotel catering/bar services.
- Alcohol service may have end times depending on licensing and hotel policy.
5. Music & Entertainment
- Amplified music or live performances must be pre-approved; hotel may control volume levels.
- DJs, bands, or entertainment require coordination with event staff.
6. Décor & Equipment
- Decorations or installations must not damage floors, walls, or fixtures; rigging or draping requires coordination.
- Professional photographers/videographers must be reported; unauthorized vendors may be denied access.
7. Compliance & Safety
- Guests must follow hotel safety protocols and show ID as required for alcohol or access.
- Fire and safety regulations (clear aisles, marked exits) must always be followed.
