Respectful Conduct: All guests must behave in a respectful manner towards other guests, staff, and the venue. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours. Noise must be kept at reasonable levels to avoid disturbing neighboring areas.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking.

Alcohol: Alcohol may only be served and consumed within the rules of the local regulations. The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited

*Space Use and Setup
Space Usage: The space must only be used for the purpose stated in the booking. Any changes to the event type must be approved in advance.
Setup and Clean-Up: You are responsible for setup and breakdown within the scheduled time. If additional time is needed fir setup/clean-up, please notify us in advance.
Decorations: Decorations are allowed but must not cause damage to walls, floors, or furniture.
Use only approved adhesives and materials.
Furniture and Equipment: Please do not move or alter venue furniture or equipment without prior permission.

*Security and Liability
Security Personnel: If your event requires security personnel (e.g., large crowds, VIP guests), please arrange for this at least [X] days in advance.
Liability Waiver: The venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
All guests are responsible for their belongings.
Damage to Venue: Any dantage to the venue, furniture, or equipment will be charged to the event organizer.
