1. Booking Time Includes Setup & Breakdown
Please account for all setup, prep, and breakdown time within your booked hours.
2. No Smoking or Vaping
This is a smoke-free studio. Smoking or vaping inside the space is strictly prohibited.
3. No Glitter, Confetti, or Paint
To protect our sets and equipment, these items are not allowed unless pre-approved.
4. Outside Equipment Allowed (with care)
You’re welcome to bring your own gear, but please handle our sets and props with respect.
5. Return Studio to Original Condition
Leave the space as you found it. Trash must be disposed of in the provided bins. A cleaning fee will apply for excessive mess.
6. No Loitering in Common Areas
Respect the building and other tenants. Use only the areas assigned to your booking.
7. Children Must Be Supervised
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
8. Max Occupancy Policy Enforced
Please adhere to the maximum guest count stated in your booking. Extra guests must be approved in advance.
9. No Unauthorized Use of Other Areas
If you booked a single set, please stay within that area unless you’ve booked full studio access.
10. Respect Booking Times
Overtime is billed at 1.5x the hourly rate and only permitted if the schedule allows.
