About this space
The Production + Event Studio of the North Houston Studio is available for rental for either production reasons or for party events.
Located on the second floor, with an area of 2000 sqft, the entire venue can host events with up to 50 guests.
This creates an opportunity to comfortably hold unforgettable events in an attractive venue such as birthday celebrations, baby showers and other occasions.
We do not provide a photographer or a videographer, but our studio includes features that will make your stay productive and inspiring, such as backdrops, a backdrop stand, chairs, and LED lighting on the wall, and a Bluetooth speaker.
Please remember that if you would like to reschedule your scheduled appointment you will have up to 7 days to do so.

Birthday Party Offers
The hourly rent of our venue for parties of up to 50 guests is $100/hour.
Half-day rental for your event (4 hours) will cost $400.
Full-day rental for your event (8 hours) will cost $800.
Entire day rental for your event (15 hours) will cost $1,500.

Host rules
You can reschedule your booking for a new date for a $25 fee to reschedule studio rental or a $100 fee to reschedule events.
You will have up to 7 days before your appointment to change the day/time or reschedule.
You can have access to all studios during your rental time.
The following items are complimentary: backdrops, a backdrop stand, chairs, LED lighting on the wall, and a Bluetooth speaker.
You must provide your own photographer.
There is a $50 charge for overtime into another client’s rental time.
No vaping/smoking is allowed inside the venue.
Non-flammable sources are allowed. Meaning it must come from a fog machine plugged into the wall.
No firecrackers, smoke bombs, etc.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
North Houston Studio is located in Houston, Texas.
This venue can be used for almost any event imaginable. Starting with baby showers, through corporate parties and meetings, and ending naturally with film and photo shoots.
North Houston Studio location includes spaces like Lounge, Lobby, "White Light Box Studio", "Multi-color Backdrop Film Studio" and "Studio Vanity" that all are available for you to hire.
