Host rules
• No smoking in the building.
• Events but be complete and clear of all guest by 11:45pm.
• No decorations that will damage the walls or floors.
• Please make sure your booking includes your setup and cleanup time to avoid additional fees. Time begins when the first person arrives and ends when the last person leaves.
• You can use your own vendors or vendors suggests by us.
(We ask that you follow TABC guidelines if alcohol will be in attendance)
• Music must be remain at a reasonable level.
• Space must be left in condition it was found. All trash must be bagged and placed by the back door.
• No illegal activities.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
