Holding up to 40 guests, this 700 sq ft converted storefront loft includes a full kitchen for you and your guests to use for food prep, and it also includes two restrooms, a coat/storage room, and a small outdoor area.

The space has two white dining tables, four folding tables, black industrial chairs, and a sitting area with a faux leather couch, coffee table, and two green barrel accent chairs so that you can enjoy your event with convenience and comfort.

Host rules

- Set up and break down / clean up and exit must be within booked time. Please make sure your booking includes enough time to do so.
- Anytime the space is occupied past the booking will result in a charge.
- After hours are time and a half. Please inquire.
- No smoking of any kind inside the building. $200 fine for smoking.
- Guests can smoke outside in the back of the building.
- No hanging up decorations on the wall or inside vinyl. No tape, wall hooks, sticky tack, etc.
- Damages to walls, floors, furniture, etc, will be billed to the credit card on file.
- Space must be left in the same condition as it was before.
- No glitter.
- Must be 21+ to drink alcohol.
- No illegal activities.
- Everything that was brought in, must go.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Venue 3539 was an amazing venue for my bridal shower. It was the perfect amount of space for my 20 guests. We were able to take the tables from the big closet room to set up and also store all the boxes for our decor in there during the party. We had a big long table, round Glass tabletop for Mimosa station in the main room, and were able to fit catering in the kitchen on the counter. There is also a small white rectangular table in the kitchen that could be used for dessert or mimosa station. Full size fridge and freezer. The kitchen was also stocked with some spices, large salt & small pepper, and some serving utensils, although we had brought our own. There were paper towels and plenty of garbage bags for clean-up, with a dumpster in the alleyway. There is a white rose wall backdrop at the front of the venue that worked great for photos. The only downside was that it is right next to the window, so picture lighting wasn’t the best in the afternoon. There were quite a few parking spaces right in front of the venue, Jaclyn let us know that they were “reserved” for us. Overall, I highly recommend Venue 3539! Thank you to Jaclyn!

The venue is fabulous! The kitchen is well-stocked, the tables and chairs were easy to arrange. The entire booking process was very easy, and Jaclyn was Greta to work with.

Great venue and location. It was clean, has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, speaker, coat racks, tables/chairs… smoking section out back. Just perfect. It was also very clean & the owner is so nice and welcoming!
