Features: The venue includes a full kitchen, two bathrooms and a coat/storage room. Matching black chairs and fold-up tables are available on site. The space has a PA system and Bluetooth speaker, Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and a step-free guest entrance. Own music and outside DJs are permitted.

Host rules
- Set up and break down / clean up and exit must be within booked time. Please make sure your booking includes enough time to do so.
- Anytime the space is occupied past the booking will result in a charge.
- After hours are time and a half. Please inquire.
- No smoking of any kind inside the building. $200 fine for smoking.
- Guests can smoke outside in the back of the building.
- No hanging up decorations on the wall or inside vinyl. No tape, wall hooks, sticky tack, etc.
- Damages to walls, floors, furniture, etc, will be billed to the credit card on file.
- Space must be left in the same condition as it was before.
- No glitter.
- Must be 21+ to drink alcohol.
- No illegal activities.
- Everything that was brought in, must go.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
