About this space
Our largest photography studio at 2,400 square feet, Loft 1 is the perfect place for small group photo shoots and video productions of up to 20 people. Greatly located in Chicago, it is a great choice for your next production.
The studio is spacious with 15-foot high ceilings. There are lots of windows, so it fills with daylight, and there are blackout blinds. You can use the full kitchen, living room, boob wall, and Bluetooth surround sound speakers.
You can use the lighting, photo, and video equipment on site. It will be perfect for various professional photo and film productions. Take advantage of our experience and rent the space while planning your next project.

There is no smoking within 15 feet of the building, as required by law.
All ages are allowed in the space.
Production insurance is not required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved

About Create at Upscale
Since our founding in 2020, our biggest goal is to help Chicago artists and anyone visiting our beautiful city – create the art they want with no restrictions. Far too many people go to LA or New York to have access to high-end studios or to create high-end film productions – Chicago is becoming the WORLD's creative hub and we are grateful to be a part of that story.
We are available for hourly photography and video rentals. Since our start, we have grown to over 6 different studios, and our own film production company Upscale Films.
We pride ourselves in our industry knowledge, hands-on service, and of course our continued creativity in bringing new and unique spaces to our city. Thank you for supporting our vision as we continue on this journey of serving the Chicago Artist community!
