Host rules

Set up and break down must be within the hours booked. Allow at least 30 min for each.
The venue has a fixed sound system and a portable speaker. We do not allow loud DJs.
No smoking or vaping inside the space– $300 fee for smoking plus whatever damage the fire sprinklers cause.
Children should be supervised at all times by an adult.
We do not allow confetti or glitter. If you use glitter in any decorations, including balloons, the fee is $50.
No open flame, all candles have to be contained in deep containers. Chafing dishes are only allowed in the bar area on the metal surface. The chaffing dishes have to be cleaned or disposed of by the booking party.
Pets are welcome.
