Host rules

-All events must conclude by 10:00 PM unless otherwise approved in writing.

-No outside food or beverage is permitted. All food and drink must be provided by Verbena.

-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the premises.

-Decorations are allowed but must be approved in advance. No confetti, glitter, open flames, or items affixed to walls or ceilings with tape, nails, or adhesives.

-Live music and DJs are permitted with pre-approval, but sound levels must remain appropriate for the venue and may be subject to management discretion.

-Guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult if alcohol is being served.

-Furniture layout changes must be coordinated with our team in advance.

-All event deliveries (florals, rentals, signage, etc.) must be scheduled in advance with venue approval.

The space offers floor-to-ceiling curtains for privacy and light control, minimal ambient noise, and adjustable background music. It is near the pool deck, though in February that area is typically very quiet.
