Standard Proof’s second-ever tasting room (and the first-ever micro distillery inside of the Austin Business District,) located on historic Rainey St, opened in early 2023 to showcase our unique approach to whiskey defined by our craft infusion process.
The tasting room is set in a modern atmosphere where you can enjoy elevated cocktails, gastro pub-inspired food with a Nashville flair, conversations with friends, or anything in between.

With a capacity of 60, our venue features a spacious indoor area, complete with a beautiful bar top, leather booths, and a custom live-edge, wooden table. We also have an outdoor area for your guests to enjoy the Austin summer days and nights sitting around one of our very own whiskey barrel tables.
Our talented staff will work closely with you to customize your event, from the gastro pub-inspired food menu to the inventive craft cocktails, to ensure that your vision is brought to life.
