Host rules

1. Non-Payment
Q-Branch reserves the right to rent the suite to another party if the Renter fails to pay the full rental amount or any required deposits by the stated deadlines.

2. Violations and Charges
If the Renter or any of the Renter’s guests violate any term of this Agreement—including but not limited to damage, excessive cleaning, failure to meet any bar minimum guarantee, exceeding maximum guest capacity, or exceeding the contracted event time—the Renter will be charged for all resulting costs, damages, or penalties.

3. Load-In, Load-Out, and Door Management
The Renter must use the alley for all load-in and load-out activities and must provide personnel to staff both the first-floor entrance and the third-floor Q-Branch entrance for the full duration of the event, from event start to event end.

4. Event Timing, Setup, Breakdown, and Cleanup
The Renter is provided a total of one and one-half (1.5) hours for combined setup (load-in) and breakdown (load-out), factored into the event schedule. Any use of the venue beyond this allotted time will result in an additional fee of $100 per hour, billed hourly. After the official event end time, Q-Branch reserves the right to modify and use the suite for subsequent events. The Renter is solely responsible for setup and breakdown; Q-Branch staff assistance is not guaranteed and will be provided only as time permits.

5. No Smoking Policy
The venue maintains a strict no-smoking policy, which will be enforced at all times.

6. Decorations and Prohibited Materials
The use of glitter, confetti, silly string, rice, or similar materials is strictly prohibited. Staple guns, duct tape, masking tape, packing tape, or any materials that may damage walls, windows, paint, or surfaces are not permitted. Painter’s tape is allowed. Failure to comply will result in a $150 charge per incident.

7. Open Flames
Candles or open flames of any kind are prohibited, with the sole exception of chafing dishes.
