The studio features all-white epoxy floors, a full mirrored wall, chandeliers, and draped ceilings to create a refined vibe. LED lighting and Bluetooth speakers allow you to customize the atmosphere for your session.
This space also includes a kitchenette, lounge furniture, tables, chairs, and a DJ booth, providing everything you need for a great experience. Two restrooms and a comfortable entry area offer convenience for you and your guests. Located in a professional retail plaza, the studio offers free parking, easy access, and a safe, well-lit environment.

Non-Smoking/Drug-Free: No smoking or tobacco products allowed. Hookah services available upon request.
Time Block: Includes setup, event, and breakdown. Overtime charges apply if exceeded.
Furniture/Decor: Flexible layout, but consult us before moving anything.
Trash: Use provided bins; we’ll handle disposal.
Pets: Service animals only.
Food/DJ: Outside food, drinks, and DJs allowed. Bartending must be through our services.
Decorator: Outside decorators/planners are welcome.
Security: Mandatory for public events or birthdays under 35.
Music: No loud music before 7:00 PM, Tuesday-Saturday.
Decor Restrictions: No glitter, confetti, nails, tacks, strong adhesives, or hazardous items.
Dance Studio-Specific Rules:
No black sole shoes are allowed in the dance.
The dance studio is not for production or event space use.
This listing is specifically for dance/fitness/rehearsal space for 15-20 people.
Guests are required to clean up any trash accumulated during the rental.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
