host was very quick to respond and kindly let us come one hour early to set up. we loved the venue! great furniture and plenty of open space. the speaker worked really well too. would definitely recommend!

starting off, it is truly an extremely cosy place. the owner is friendly, patient and kind. he also provides fast responses and is very flexible. firstly, viewing, I requested an option of 3 dates and he agreed to all 3 saying that any is good even the very last min one, on the day itself, in about 2 hours. which I did result in taking up the earliest one. secondly, cancellation is flexible. I booked this place in advance, then cancelled it and rebooked it (indecisive...) without having any issues in the refunding. since I had my party on a Thursday, I was told I was allowed to come an hour early for setup which was 6pm instead of 7pm! adding on, the owner replied to my question on tear down saying it was ok if I took my time to dismantle the setup since there was no booking DIRECTLY after mine. one of the factors that added to my pleasant journey was that it is very easy to navigate, book and communicate with this place and owner. even a 18 y/o can book this place (me). the place provides MANY seats and additional foldable tables, so none of my 40 guest had to stand throughout the party. also they did provide a few trash bags, however, I brought my own too, if you're throwing a big party might want to request for more bags or bring your own eco friendly ones. I LOVED this place and would definitely book it again. would highly recommend.
it wasn't the easiest to find for some of my guests, although I created a pdf for directory from Kaki Bukit MRT and even a video directory. out of my 40 guests (who actually made it), a total of 4 were lost, of which, 2 found the place shortly after while the other two were lost for about 3 hours. one issue I did face was that I wasn't very tech-savvy in terms of setting up the mics, and I assumed it wasn't working. however, only at the end of my party did my friends manage to figure it out. one thing about this place is that they won't be there throughout your booking so there isn't anybody on site to come help immediately. would like to say the mics are working and if yall face the same issue might want to call them directly so u don't waste time like me (I did not reach out on the day itself)
