Our main studio space spans 736sq ft, A corner unit with north-west facing windows across two walls, our studio fills up beautifully with bright natural light in the afternoons. Unobstructed by pesky pillars and unsightly power points, every angle gives you a distinctive look and feel so you never feel restricted.

It’s in an industrial building and the external environment is a sharp contrast to the actual space!
We held our baby’s first year birthday party at the venue and we loved that the space was beautiful and cosy, and there was natural daylight for my photos. Communication with Via and their WhatsApp was also great and they were very responsive and helpful. We requested to recce the venue one day before our event and they also kindly agreed and showed us around. Thank you to the teahouse studio team!

Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.
