Centralized air-conditioning in the building operates from 0700 to 1900, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and from 0700 to 1400 on Saturdays. The listed pricing includes charges for any applicable air-conditioning extension.

Guests must approach CityHub staff to use any other meeting room or spaces within our premises, which may be chargeable.
There is a 15-minute grace period before and after each booking for set-up and packing. Extra usage extending beyond this grace period will be chargeable in 30-min blocks (grace period-inclusive) and extra usage or consumables utilized during the booking will be invoiced once the booking is complete.
No smoking in the building.
Noise level should be kept to a reasonable level.
A cleaning fee will only be levied for spills on the carpeted spaces, subject to our cleaning contractor's quotation.
Payment will be payable directly to CityHub. Payment is due 7 working days before all bookings. Refunds will be subject to CityHub's cancellation policy, which will take effect once an invoice is generated. Kindly message us for more details.
Refunds for catering will be subject to the partner caterer's refund and cancellation policy.
