The Pacific Meeting Room is our second meeting space, with the capacity for up to 7 guests comfortably seated.

Be sure to impress your guests or clients with a spectacular,unblocked view of the Marina-Bay Area. The blinds can also be drawn to ensure extra privacy for your meetings.

The room is a perfect choice, if you are looking for a smaller, more intimate meeting space. The room features Wi-Fi access, TV screen, privacy blinds, complimentary water, and it's full of natural light.

Our building's centralized air-conditioning operates from 0700 - 1900 from Monday to Friday (Except PH) & 0700 - 1400 on Saturdays. Pricing to include cost of centralized A/C extension has been reflected as such.

Host rules

There is a 15-minute grace period before and after each booking for set-up and packing. Extra usage extending beyond this grace period will be chargeable in 30-min blocks (grace period-inclusive) and extra usage or consumables utilized during the booking will be invoiced once the booking is complete.

No smoking in the building.

Noise level should be kept to a reasonable level.

A cleaning fee will only be levied for spills on the carpeted spaces, subject to our cleaning contractor's quotation.

Guests must approach the Reception staff to use any other meeting room or spaces within our premises, which may be chargeable.

Payment will be payable directly to CityHub. Payment is due 5 working days before all bookings. Refunds will be subject to CityHub's cancellation policy. Kindly message us for more details.

Refunds for bookings with catering will be subject to the partner caterer's refund and cancellation policy.

ample space for 6, excellent view of the Singapore River, sufficent facilities like power points, TV with HDMI cable for presentation, a wall for whiteboard markers, venue is conducive for meeting as its not noisy. They have a pantry for hot drinks and water and where you can have your meal in, thought they allow you to eat in the meeting room.

Really fast replies and fast confirmation! Reyan helped me with booking and amending my booking timings very promptly! They provide HDMI as well as the macbook type C hub to connect to the TV using HDMI! Love the views of the meeting room! And the staffs also helped with special arrangements of the furnitures! Super helpful and i’ll definitely use them again for the next meeting!

Directions and access instructions were clear, great views from the room, good set up (screen, whiteboard etc), bottled water provided. Hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful - they checked on us after we settled in and assisted with ordering lunch as well.
Coffee was black because there was no milk.
