Great location just above the Chinatown MRT and the mall is right below. Venue is clean, well-equipped and things are clearly labeled for users who are new to the place. Was a bit apprehensive cos our booking was on the weekend and the concierge would not be around. Nonetheless, the instructions given were clear and sufficient for us to access the meeting room, wifi etc. We didn't have to call to ask for help.
