Our facilities are designed to enhance your experience, including Wi-Fi, a flatscreen TV, air conditioning, a state-of-the-art Smart Interactive Whiteboard with a 4K HD display, an abundance of natural light, and the Power House Premium Karaoke System. Additionally, we provide a fully-equipped kitchen and a refrigerator for your convenience.
When it comes to catering and drinks, you have the flexibility to bring your own alcohol and even opt for external catering services. We want to ensure that your event suits your preferences. And don't worry about the music – you can bring your own tunes or make use of our PA system and music speakers to set the perfect ambiance. At Social Space, we're dedicated to making your event memorable and enjoyable, giving you the freedom to customize your experience to your liking.

HOST RULES:
1. USAGE OF CLEANING ESSENTIALS IF FLOORS BE DIRTIED FROM FOOD CONSUMPTION OR ANY OTHER FORM
OFLITTER.
2. KEEP ALL DOORS CLOSED AT ALL TIME
3. NO SMOKING, E-CIGARETTE, SHISHA AND/OR USE OF VAPES.
4. NO EXCESSIVELY LOUD MUSIC. KEEP ALL ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE SPACE. IF A COMPLAINT DUE TO
EXCESSIVE NOISE IS SURFACED, OR IF THE POLICE ARE ACTIVATED TO SURVEY, FULL DEPOSIT WILL BE
FORFEITED.
5. ANY DAMAGES OF FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE, MISSING EQUIPMENT, NOT TURNING OFF AIRCONS AND OTHER ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES , NOT DOING THE BASIC CLEANING AND CORRECT DUMPING OF GARBAGE DEPOSIT FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED ACCORDINGLY.
6. NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES LIKE DRUGS, UNDER AGED DRINKING, ETC..
7. LEAVE ON TIME, UNLESS REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL HOURS CONFIRMED WITH STAFF.
CHECKOUT:
1. RETURN ALL EQUIPMENT TO THEIR ORIGINAL POSITIONS.
2. RETURN ALL SHIFTED FURNITURE TO ITS ORIGINAL POSITION.
3. PLEASE SWITCH OFF ALL LIGHTS, AIR-CON AND ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES BEFORE LEAVING.
4. BASIC CLEANING IS REQUIRED AFTER USING OUR SPACE,OTHERWISE THERE WILL BE EXTRA COST. BAG ALL
TRASH & THROW OUTSIDE THE UNIT TRASH BIN, IF IT IS FULL,PLEASE THROW AT THE BIN CENTRE.

Very well equipped with fully functional kitchen. Good karaoke system too.
Takes too long to get my deposit back. I still have not receive mine after 5 days
I did not like this venue BUT I am in LOVE with it! "Huge space with accurate-to-picture facilities" was one of the reviews given by one of the user and I truly second that. Everything was perfect, check in was hassle free. For me, what made me chose this place was that this venue has a kitchen. We had Lohei and steamboat and everyone truly enjoyed every moment. This venue made everyone of us busy, the kids busy with their Nintendo Switch games, the adults having their time singing away with the karaoke system. Some of my cousins had their fair share of the board games provided. Everyone found something which interest them which was why to me this venue was perfect. With the kitchen, it was really a plus point. We had our breakfast and lunch there in the kitchen. And the kitchen had almost everything. The electric kettles for us to make hot drinks, the water jugs for us to make cold drinks. The ice maker does play an important role too because we don't have to buy ice at all. There's also chiller and fridge provided so that we can store our steamboat items, the bottled/packet drinks and ice cream. We also had carbonara pasta cooked in that kitchen using the induction cooker. The only thing that we have yet to try was the oven which was also provided as time is limited. Honestly, 5 hours were not enough for us. Mr Harris John Manrique is also very helpful and fast in responding to my queries. And lastly, this venue is worth the price and very reasonably priced. Thank you for this amazing venue and we will definitely come back for more :)

Fantastic place with amazing amenities. Super value for money tho location wise not exactly convenient for some people who stay on further ends of SG. Huge space with accurate-to-picture facilities.
Can be difficult for drivers to find the right building.
Very nice place to host a retreat.
