Oracle Studio is a natural light cum photo lighting studio with usable space of approximately 1,000sqft. It is most suitable for photoshoots, videography as well as small to mid-sized events (i.e. corporate events, seminars, parties, etc). It can comfortably house 50 people standing and 30 people sitting. It also has a nice balcony for guests who would like to have some "fresh air".
The rental package includes a complete living room set, a small dining set, and a lounge chair set, perfect for a comfortable and stylish living space. Additionally, you'll have access to a cozy balcony, which provides a refreshing outdoor area for relaxation. For any photography enthusiasts, there's a convenient photoshoot backdrop available, ensuring you capture stunning shots in a professional setting.
Furthermore, the rental comes with an ensuite toilet and a dedicated changing area, offering privacy and convenience during your stay. Whether you need natural light or complete darkness for your creative projects, you can easily adjust the ambiance with the provided daylight and blackout curtains.
To cater to your photography needs, the package also includes essential photo equipment and props, allowing you to unleash your creativity without worrying about additional gear. And after a long day of work or play, you can unwind in front of the 55-Inch TV, providing endless entertainment options for a relaxing evening.

Host rules
- The studio must be left in the same condition as it was found. Any damages or excessive cleaning needed incur charges.
- All equipment and props must be returned to their original location and in the same condition as they were found.
- Do not wear your shoes around the studio - they should be left at the door. You may wear footwear at the balcony.
- No smoking is allowed in the studio except in the balcony. Dispose of your ash in the ashtray or in the bin after smoking, otherwise you may incur additional cleaning fees.
- No cooking in the studio without our prior approval (this may activate the smoke alarm).
- Pets are only allowed in the studio with prior approval from us. You must clean up after your pets, otherwise you may incur additional cleaning fees.
- No sale of alcohol or any activity that requires a public entertainment license shall be conducted on the premises. Kindly check the Singapore Police Force website for more information.
- No illegal, obscene or immoral activity is allowed in the studio. We have the right to terminate any rental agreements and take any legal action against you in such an event.
- Loud music is only allowed after 6pm.
- Dispose of all your trash when you leave. Any left over trash may result in deduction of your deposit.
- The door is on an autolock system. Close the door firmly behind you after leaving.
