About this space
Have some incredible shots in our photography studio, designed with dual functionalities: a natural light setting with floor-to-ceiling windows for maximum sunlight, or a blacked-out setting. Equipped with all the necessary photography paraphernalia, we offer end-to-end photography, styling and videography services.
Our social kitchen is the way that want to share our passion for food and cooking with our guests. It's quipped with cutting-edge kitchen tools where you can whip up a feast or join us on our culinary adventures for a unique dining experience.
Prices
$1600 / 8 hours
A corkage fee of $160 will be charged should the hirer decide to bring in their own alcohol for their booking slot.
Should the hirer decide to use an external caterer, there will be a surcharge of $80. Details of the other caterer have to be submitted to the Management for their reference.
A cleaning fee will be charged to the hirer if the studio is left uncleaned after it is handed over. The cleaning rates are as follows:
• $80 - Big productions with more than 15 pax
• $150 - Corporate/Private Gatherings (Parties, Workshops, Meetings, etc)
• $300 – Solemnisations/Weddings/Media Launches
