This is a self-service studio
By entering and using this studio, you agree to the following rules:
1.Handle all equipment with care
- You are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse.
2.Return all equipment and furniture
- Everything must be placed back in its original position before you leave.
3. Clear all rubbish
- Bag up all the trash and bring it out with you. Do not leave items behind.
4.Switch off ALL power before leaving
- Including lights, equipment, and air-conditioning.
5.Report existing issues immediately
- Any faults or damages must be reported before your session starts.
- Unreported damage will be assumed to be caused by you.
6.Strictly NO SMOKING
Smoking of any kind is prohibited within the premises.
7.CCTV & Security
Tampering with CCTV or security systems will result in immediate removal from the premises and a permanent ban.
Failure to comply with house rules may result in:
- Cleaning or damage charges
- Immediate termination of session (no refund)
- Permanent ban from Studio Five Spaces
- Referral to authorities if necessary
