Staff were great and office facilities were perfect along with good value

Great location, easy to reach, room just as in the pictures. Friendly staff.

I've confirmed before the date about my car plate number for the car park and was also told of the venue being on the 9th floor. I was disappointed that when I went, I was not allowed to enter as security did not have my name. They also mentioned there is no booking on the 9th floor when I told them my email stated 9th floor. Luckily, someone from tagvenue came and clarified with the security that I did make the booking. I hope this could be improved in the future.
