About this space
The Sophia Cooke Ballroom has a ceiling height of 5.4 m, is pillarless, and enjoys natural daylight.
It comfortably accommodates up to 30 tables, allowing guests to enjoy a sumptuous banquet and an unobstructed view of the raised stage, which measures 24 ft in length, 12 ft in width, and 2 ft in height.
For a wedding celebration with a long centre aisle, the comfortable capacity is 23 tables or approximately 230 guests.
Our warm and attentive staff will take care of all your needs, so you can relax and enjoy your special day while leaving the details to us.
This pillarless ballroom is also a popular venue for conferences, team-building events, company dinners and dances, birthday celebrations, exhibitions, and talks.
Opposite the Ballroom, we have the Grace Room, which can be used as a holding room or a secretariat room.
For organisers who book both the Ballroom and the Grace Room, the Level 2 Foyer will be made exclusively available for the event.

Our ballroom is on exclusive floor, with a big foyer, a grand piano on site, a small function room available for couple to consider using it as holding room, or to host the traditional tea ceremony or a private wedding solemnisation ceremony.
The ballroom has a ceiling height of 5.4m, pillarless and it has full window view, a day-light room.
