Worst Event Venue Experience!
Unresponsive Management
- The general manager, Ajay, was highly unresponsive after we paid the deposit. Whenever we had inquiries, he promised to get back to us but rarely did. My husband and I had to constantly chase him for answers, adding unnecessary stress to our already busy schedules.
Frustrating Issues
Food Tasting
- Ajay only allowed us to have the food tasting a month before the wedding, which was highly inconvenient.
Menu and Table Numbers
-We were not provided with a menu or table numbers and had to design and print them ourselves.
Decoration Confusion
- Ajay initially confirmed that the Tiffany chair decorations were included. However, just a day before our wedding, we were informed they were not. Thankfully, I anticipated this and arranged my own decorations.
Day-of Event Problems
- On the wedding day, the food arrangement did not match the sequence of the menu, resulting in a series of salty dishes that left a bad impression on our guests. Additionally, the waiter/waitress only started pouring water during the last course, forcing some guests to get up and ask for water themselves.
Conclusion
This venue was a disaster from start to finish, turning what should have been a joyous occasion into a stressful ordeal.

The hotel is easily accessible not too hard to locate. Mr Fung was super helpful during the event day, always doing his best to ensure I have what I needed.
The VM Mr Ajay, is super hard to get hold of. Takes forever to reply to email to the point I have to ask the sales person Sonya who tried her best to assist me with my enquiries. For once I had the thought of just cancelled my booking his him and just go do it elsewhere.
