This 110m² studio offers a white cyclorama wall, concrete floors, and minimalist seating. It fits up to 100 guests. Host photography and filming sessions, or creative social events.
The space is easy to adapt for different setups, including automotive shoots, interviews, and product work. A dressing area and lounge corner are available for use. Suitable for shoots, private gatherings, or brand pop-ups.

Ancoats Studio – Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
1.2 All payments must be completed no later than 14 days before the scheduled session. Late payments will incur a £5 daily fee until the balance is paid.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
2.1 Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 7 days' notice.
2.2 Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
2.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged 75% of the total booking cost.
3. Studio Use
3.1 The studio may only be used for the agreed-upon purpose of the photoshoot.
3.2 Clients are responsible for any damage to equipment, vehicles, or facilities during their session.
3.3 CCTV is in use and footage is encrypted and only accessed in the event of damage, theft, or security concerns. Relevant footage may be shared with authorities or partner companies when necessary.
3.4 The use of the studio car is chargeable if the cover is removed. Rates must be agreed upon before the shoot.
4. Photography Rights
4.1 Ancoats Studio retains copyright ownership of all images taken during the session.
5. Model Releases and Image Use
5.1 Unless otherwise stated in writing, clients grant permission for Ancoats Studio to use images for promotional purposes.
5.2 All personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared without consent.
6. Liability
6.1 Ancoats Studio is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during use of the studio.
