Lounge 35 offers a clean and modern space to enjoy exclusive resident events with stunning views of the city. With a capacity of up to 60, it is the perfect to host your own intimate soirees or upscale special moments. We also have an in-house bar for some light drinking during your event.
The entire space is available for dry hire or you could also reach out to us to curate special packages for your event.

The bar team onsite were brilliant and Nelly was so great in the lead up!
Access to the building was a little tricky initially as the reception team didn't have access to our booking and were very busy! But once we all got up to the space it was perfect.

I celebrated my 30th here and can honestly say it was the perfect choice. The minimum spend was so reasonable compared to other venues in city centre. I had 40 guests and I easily hit the minimum spend with about 2 hours left of the night. The organisation was easy thanks to Nelly and the bar staff on the night (Julia, Casey and Travis) were all very attentive. They even came to find me a couple of times to check everything was going ok. The venue let me store presents and leftover food in the fridge overnight which was very convenient. Overall a brilliant experience and it will be a treasured memory.
Only 2 slight negatives. First the concierge system wasn’t great as many of my guests had to wait to be let in the building and ended up having to ‘tailgate’ building residents. The other negative was that the music cannot go loud enough to enjoy for dancing. This is understandable as there are residential flats on the same floor as the venue but it would be something to bear in mind if you’re hoping for a party with a dance floor. Other than that I can’t recommend this place enough.

This was a great venue for my 30th birthday party. I had just under 40 guests and there was plenty of room for an open area for dancing, tables for people to sit and talk and the balcony was a great outdoor space to grab some fresh air.
The staff were also great from start to finish!
Would highly recommend and would definitly use again.
There was only one beer option on draft which is just something to be aware of. It is listed on the otherwise extensive drinks menu though.

Beautiful venue, really show-stopping! Amazing views!
Nelly and her team couldn't do enough to help make our event very special. From curating the perfect cocktail to welcome guests, to organising the layout of the furniture - nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely host events in this space again.
