The studio features a professional photography cove for controlled-light shoots, a natural light paper reel cove with interchangeable backdrop options, and a dedicated changing room. Multiple backdrop systems and a moveable wall system allow the space to be reconfigured and styled for different types of productions.
The flexible layout supports fashion photography, product shoots, personal branding sessions, social media content, podcasts, and commercial productions, with several distinct shooting areas available within a single booking.

Key Booking Information
By booking ACAI Studios, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
• Full payment is required to secure your booking.
• Cancellations more than 7 days before your booking receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
• Bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability.
**Studio Rules**
• The booking holder is responsible for all guests attending the studio.
• The studio, furniture, props, equipment and backdrops must be treated with care.
• The studio must be left clean, tidy and in the condition it was found.
• Any damage, excessive cleaning or lost keys will incur additional charges.
• Access is limited to your booked time slot, including setup and pack down.
• Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, open flames and unauthorised special effects are prohibited.
• Alcohol is not permitted without prior written consent from ACAI Studios.
**Liability**
• Personal belongings remain the responsibility of their owner.
• Use of the studio is at your own risk.
• Certain productions, workshops and events may require Public Liability Insurance.
