Host rules

The space may only be used for legal and respectful purposes. No illegal activities, excessive noise, or disrespectful behaviour will be tolerated.
Alcohol and music events require a valid Temporary Event Notice (TEN), which the hirer is responsible for securing with advance notice.
The hirer must leave the space in a clean and tidy condition. Cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess is left behind.
You may access the space 15 minutes before your booked time to set up.
Any additional time beyond your booking will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
Overrunning may affect other bookings and result in loss of deposit or extra fees.
You are responsible for any damage caused to the space, equipment, or fittings during your booking.
All equipment provided must be used respectfully and returned in the same condition.
Elty Life is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to your personal property or third-party items.
Public liability insurance is recommended for all workshop or event hosts.
You must supervise your guests and ensure safe use of the space and any equipment provided.
We may request permission to take photos of your event for promotional purposes (only with your consent).
If you’d like to promote your workshop or event, we’re happy to support with reposts or cross-promotion (space allowing)
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside or directly outside the premises.
A designated smoking area is available and will be pointed out upon arrival.
Anyone found violating this policy may be asked to leave, and the booking may be terminated without refund.
No alcohol sales are permitted within the space under any circumstances.
No alcohol consumption is allowed outside the premises.
Alcohol may only be served inside the space with prior written approval and a valid Temporary Event Notice (TEN) secured by the hirer.
We reserve the right to deny alcohol-related use at our discretion.
Children and minors are welcome only under responsibility of a parent
