Surrounded by lush greenery and uninterrupted river views, it’s a tranquil and inspiring setting for garden parties, creative shoots, intimate celebrations, or wellness events.

The expansive outdoor space includes a large main lawn, a paved patio area perfect for dining or activities, and a hidden lower garden accessed through a charming flowered archway—ideal for private moments or striking photographs. Meandering paths lead to romantic features such as an antique archway and secluded riverbank spots, adding character and atmosphere throughout.

At the heart of the venue is a newly renovated boathouse with a spacious balcony overlooking the water—perfect for relaxing, staging, or entertaining. Below the boathouse, a brick archway and steps lead directly to the river’s edge, accessible from both the garden and by boat.

There is a large indoor room and a bathroom that may be available and included in your booking depending on your event and our availability—please enquire if interested.

A wide side gate allows for easy access of equipment, props, or furniture. On-site parking is available for up to three vehicles (£20 per vehicle), with additional metered parking on nearby streets.

Please note: The base quotation is for the garden and boathouse use only (with use of a toilet in the main house), as the house is currently being renovated.
